Do I need to download anything?
Yes and No. The iPhone and Android do not require you download anything, although we highly recommend you do. You can access the site directly by typing in the url m.justbet.cx or you can use the url get.justbet.cx which will help you download a short cut and place an Icon on your desktop, for future access. The Black Berry does require you to download an application that you can do from the same url http://get.justbet.cx/downloads

Does it have up to the minute sports betting stats ?
Yes, our sport feeds are made available within 10 seconds of an event occurring, since the application uses a web interface, you will need to refresh the screen by clicking the circle in the top right corner to update the screen, this is not necessary on the BB.

Is it available for other smart phones besides iPhone, Android, BlackBerry ?
Any phone that is able to browse the Internet will work including the Black Berry. As each has different screen sizes, your experience will be slightly different. We encourage you to send us an e-mail to customer support with the model of the phone if the screens are not legible or easy to use.

Is mobile connected to my JustBet account or will I have to create another account ?
Yes, you will be able to login via the mobile phone to any account you have already established with Just Bet by using the same login id and password, any wagering options you have on from the web, dial in or mobile will be available on the mobile.

Would I be able to add / withdraw my funds using mobile ?
No not yet, you will need to do this using the same methods you have always been doing, we hope to have that ability shortly from the phone.

Can I make any bet and what are the rules ?
Currently we are only offering a few different sports bet types but hope to be able to offer all the bets we have today on the web available on the mobile phone, each bet type will be added periodically so continue checking. Please send us an e-mail if there is a specific bet you type you want us to support.

Are my odds any different ?
No your odds are the same as if you placed the bets over the web.

When do I know I won ?
You will know the same time you have always been informed, the mobile phone will indicate this by a green dot next to the bet to communicate that the bet has been graded and if you won, your winnings are available, if the dot is yellow this means that the bet has not been graded yet. If the dot is red it means the bet has been cancelled.

What do the percentage sign mean ?
This is a probability of you winning your bet based on the momentum and performance of the team you bet on, this is purely an estimate and presumes that both teams will continue to play at the same level as they are currently playing which is very seldom the case, the probability updates every minute and should be used purely as an indicator as to how you are fairing.

What happens if the mobile betting product does not work ?
Please let us know immediately, we are always working on trying to improve the product and make it better. Due to the number of phones and carriers it is difficult for us to tests every phone on the market, and we encourage you to communicate with us.
